Resetting Your Password
We all forget our passwords from time to time - 4ormat makes it easy to reset your password. Just visit the login page and click on “Forgot Password” at the bottom of the form. The form will expand with a field to input your email. A common mistake is putting in the wrong email - make sure you are using the email address you originally signed up for 4ormat with. Otherwise, you’ll not be able to reset your password. Some email clients may flag this reset email as spam as well, so it’s a good idea to check your spam folder if you haven’t seen the reset email.
